This Privacy Policy describes how Rule 76 Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Family Meal OS mobile application (the "App"). It applies to the App only. Our website is covered by a separate privacy policy.
Information the App collects
[[DATA_COLLECTED]] — list every category the App collects, using Apple's nutrition-label categories so this page and App Store Connect agree. The categories to rule in or out are: contact info, health and fitness, financial info, location, sensitive info, contacts, user content, browsing history, search history, identifiers, purchases, usage data, diagnostics, and "other data."
Content you create in the App — meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists — is [[STORAGE_MODEL]] (stored only on your device / synced to iCloud under your Apple ID / stored on our servers). Describe which, because it determines most of the rest of this policy.
How we use information
[[DATA_USE]] — state the purposes: providing app functionality, syncing across your devices, responding to support requests, diagnosing crashes. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Accounts
[[ACCOUNT_MODEL]] — state whether an account is required, what sign-in methods are offered, and what is stored with the account.
Third-party services
[[THIRD_PARTY_SDKS]] — list every SDK and service that receives data, including analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage, and authentication providers. If the App uses none, say so plainly: it is a genuine selling point and it simplifies your nutrition label.
Tracking
The App does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not request permission under App Tracking Transparency. [[CONFIRM_NO_TRACKING]] — delete this section only if that stops being true, in which case it must be rewritten.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We disclose information only to the service providers listed above, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data retention and deletion

You may delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@rule76ventures.com with the subject "Account Deletion." We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting the App from your device also removes any data stored locally on it.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. [[CHILDREN_CATEGORY]] — if you plan to list the App in a Kids category or market it to families with children, this section and your App Store Connect answers need to change, and COPPA obligations apply.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@rule76ventures.com to make a request. We respond within the period required by applicable law.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in the App. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and post the revised version here. Material changes will also be surfaced in the App.
